Mech Mice is officially launching on October 8th, which is around seven days! (Well, 5 for now :P) And Mech Mice is releasing sneak peeks for the rest of the week! It isn't really a sneak peek this time though. Check it out:
Mech Mice was officially kicked off in January 2011. I still love the look of the first mice – their weapons are epic. Here’s one of the first concept drawings by Art Director, Cale.
The next step of the Mech Mice journey is all about story. And what better way to tell a story than to write a book! Well, that’s exactly what we did. In March, 2011, we announced the first Mech Mice book – Genesis Strike!
When Chris (aka Screenhog) joined the team, he started making early prototypes of what Mech Mice would be like as a game. Here’s one of the first prototypes he created.
Things got serious when we partnered with Oktobor Animation. Seriously awesome! They helped bring life to Mech Mice with their epic art style and amazing 3D skills. Here’s a look at the first few 3D unit models.
This game sure has come a long way! Thanks to your feedback and support during the beta test, Mech Mice has developed into an incredibly fun/unique experience. And believe it or not, there are still a lot more awesome features we’re saving for launch!
