As far as any mouse knows, the Erg Great Dunes are endless. Every explorer that has tried to venture into them has been met with catastrophe. Few have survived this burning ocean of sand for long. Here there are no Shards, no water, and nothing lives, save for strange and horrible creatures known only as the Mutants.
